The bar is fully staffed and stocked with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including Brilliant Gin, gin cocktails, craft beers, ciders prosecco, white and red wine.

Whatever your event – be it a wedding reception, christening, sports event, birthday or anniversary celebration or corporate social, we can come to you. We are happy to set up the Brilliant Bar in large venue with grounds or in your own garden so long as we have access.

STARLIGHT AND WARM EVENINGS

The Brilliant Bar Mood Enhancer! With warmer, longer evenings on their way, the bar is extremely popular. As twilight falls, we turn the lights on to create a wonderful warm atmosphere congenial to conversation and good company.

The past few years have been challenging, to say the least. We are now moving into Spring, which brings with it milder days, flowers, leaves on trees and a later sundown. This means more time for us to catch up with one another, share experiences and reconnect. At Brilliant Gin, we would like to thank our customers for continuing to buy from us over the last few years and now we look forward to meeting new friends and customers when we introduce you to our ‘vintage girl’ – The Brilliant Bar.

WAYS TO PAY FOR DRINKS ON THE NIGHT

We offer three different ways to pay – a cash bar so that guests pay for their drinks as they order them, a free bar to guests and the host pays for everyone, or if you prefer the host can place a set limit behind the bar and once this is used, we revert to a pay bar. The choice is yours dependent on your budget.
