Brilliant Gin Recipes

Brilliant Gin Recipes

We’ve put together some dangerously good gin cocktail recipes that work perfectly with Brilliant Gin.

We think it’s so delicious, the truly courageous should try it neat – but it’s still delectable shaken, stirred and paired with a quality tonic

..A perfect Martini should be made by filling a glass with Gin then waving it in the general direction of Italy..

Noel Coward

Utterly

Brilliant

The Utterly Brilliant Tom Collins is a simple but delicious blend of lime, sugar and Brilliant Gin. This is complimented by our brilliant botanicals, so keep a nose  out for a hint of bitter orange and clove.

  • Large Measure of Brilliant Gin
  • Dash of Fresh Lime Juice
  • Glug of Sugar Syrup
  • Splash of Soda
  • Handful of Ice
  • Lime slice for garnish

Totally

Brilliant

The Totally Brilliant Dry Martini is the classic way to enjoy Brilliant Gin as it lets the gin do all the talking. Place a handful of ice in mixer, add the ingredients, shake vigorously and strain immediately into a chilled martini glass. Garnish  with an olive or lemon twist.

  • Large measure of Brilliant Gin
  • Dash of Dry vermouth
  • Garnish with an olive

Bloody

Brilliant

Bloody Brilliant is our take on a Bloody Mary. Replace vodka with a measure of bravado (Brilliant Gin, of course), to get a warming, flavoursome kick. Place a large handful of ice in a highball glass, add the ingredients, mix well and season to taste.

  • 1 x Measure Brilliant Gin
  • 2 x Measures Tomato Juice
  • Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Squeeze of Lime Juice
  • Sprinkle of Celery Salt
  • Glug of Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Ice
  • Celery stalk for garnish

Gloriously

Brilliant

Gloriously Brilliant  is a decadent champagne cocktail, made exclusively for the  spirited.   Place a handful of ice in mixer, large measure of Brilliant Gin, add Cointreau and lemon juice, shake  well and strain into a highball glass.   Carefully add the Champagne to avoid  fizzing. We don’t want it to go to waste…

  • Large measure of Brilliant Gin
  • Glug of Cointreau
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Champagne
