The Utterly Brilliant Tom Collins is a simple but delicious blend of lime, sugar and Brilliant Gin. This is complimented by our brilliant botanicals, so keep a nose out for a hint of bitter orange and clove.
- Large Measure of Brilliant Gin
- Dash of Fresh Lime Juice
- Glug of Sugar Syrup
- Splash of Soda
- Handful of Ice
- Lime slice for garnish

The Totally Brilliant Dry Martini is the classic way to enjoy Brilliant Gin as it lets the gin do all the talking. Place a handful of ice in mixer, add the ingredients, shake vigorously and strain immediately into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an olive or lemon twist.

Brilliant
Bloody Brilliant is our take on a Bloody Mary. Replace vodka with a measure of bravado (Brilliant Gin, of course), to get a warming, flavoursome kick. Place a large handful of ice in a highball glass, add the ingredients, mix well and season to taste.
- 1 x Measure Brilliant Gin
- 2 x Measures Tomato Juice
- Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
- Squeeze of Lime Juice
- Sprinkle of Celery Salt
- Glug of Hot Pepper Sauce
- Ice
- Celery stalk for garnish

Gloriously Brilliant is a decadent champagne cocktail, made exclusively for the spirited. Place a handful of ice in mixer, large measure of Brilliant Gin, add Cointreau and lemon juice, shake well and strain into a highball glass. Carefully add the Champagne to avoid fizzing. We don’t want it to go to waste…
