- 50ml Brilliant Gin
- 15ml Egg white
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 4 fresh raspberries
Get your cocktail shaker filled with fresh ice. Add all the ingredients to shaker. Shake with passion until cold. Fine strain (use a tea strainer) into cocktail coupe.
